By creating an account or using Doc-Assure (the "Service"), a product of Manergy Consulting (Pty) Ltd (reg 2015/246879/07), registered at 25 Casablanca Van Heerden Rd, Halfway House, 1685, South Africa, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Doc-Assure provides document management, storage, classification, and AI-assisted analysis, consulting, and legal tooling. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to breach security, or disrupting the Service.
You retain ownership of documents and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you (including AI processing as described in our Privacy Policy).
Data residency & replicas. By default your data is stored in our South African region. You may choose a different residency region, or add additional regions ("replicas"), as a paid add-on billed monthly per region. Changing or adding a region migrates your existing data to that region; if you enable replicas, copies are kept in each region you select. When you delete content or your account, the deletion applies to your primary region and all replica regions. You are responsible for ensuring your chosen regions meet your own compliance obligations.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Doc-Assure and its licensors and is protected by law.
AI-generated summaries, analyses, consulting reports, and legal documents are provided for informational purposes only, may contain errors, and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doc-Assure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
